what are program are they using for the good looking icons?

Hi Bobinot.
I am Harry. The Icons can be changed as we need or looks better to us. I am having some of the tips to create an icon as you like, just follow the steps in the window xp, go to file, import ( import the image or any photo you want to use as icon), import, edit, resize it as small size, and save it as .bmp.

png2ico is used to Converts PNG files to Windows icon resource files. So you use png2ico program for creating different type of icons.
